I cannot state how wonderful of a job Tammy did with me, from the quoting process until the day I drove the pontoon off the lot. In the beginning I shopped around for weeks and Cook's had an unbeatable price, and Tammy's customer service was unbeatable as well. It did take about 10 months to get the boat, but that's not in their control. Throughout the wait I asked Tammy probably 100 questions and she was quick to answer them all. Picking up the boat the paperwork was all done, and when I went to DMV it was surprisingly pain free. I would give them and Tammy 100 stars if I could.
